Elite Advisor Development is a live professional development program for financial advisory firms, delivered by TPM Programs. We work primarily with firms and their advisors, including Massachusetts firms that may qualify for state Workforce Training Fund support.

Information you give us directly. When you submit a form, request a consultation, or correspond with us, we may collect your first and last name, business email address, firm name, your role, how you heard about us, whether your firm has a Massachusetts office and W-2 employees, and any details you choose to share about your firm and your advisors.
Information collected when you enroll. If your firm joins the Program, we may collect billing and enrollment details, the names and contact information of participating advisors, and information generated during the Program, such as assessment results, goals, and coursework you complete during live sessions.
Workforce Training Fund application information. If your firm pursues Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund support, we help facilitate the application. To do so, we may collect and process information needed for that application, including firm details, employee counts, and other documentation required by the state program.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and analytics" below).
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not submit it through the Site.

Government programs. Where your firm pursues Workforce Training Fund support, we share the information needed to complete and submit the application with the relevant Massachusetts state agency or program administrator.
Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to prevent fraud.
